Shopper marketing is all about understanding how people shop and using those insights to develop marketing programs that influence their behavior. For PepsiCo’s billion-dollar CPG snack and beverage brands, we came up with new ways to interact with shoppers in-store and online throughout the entire path to purchase. With business goals ranging from awareness of new products to driving new customers to certain retailers, we always started with understanding how shoppers were shifting their behavior within the rapidly evolving marketplace.
From concepting retailer-specific annual operating plan programs to leading creative teams from brief to execution on daily projects, I took a deep dive into the world of shopper and experiential marketing as the Creative Director for ladder up concepting and big bet shopper marketing programs.
