As the largest specialty retailer of arts, crafts, framing, floral, wall décor, and seasonal merchandise in North America, Michaels Arts and Crafts needed a new brand platform that spoke to both expert and entry-level crafters. I’m not a crafter myself, but I was able to inspire others to get out their glue guns with the brand platform and tagline, Where Creativity Happens.
