During COVID, the “new normal” was fraught with uncertainty. USAA Bank noticed that their members had shifted more of their everyday activities to digital methods. Shopping online and signing up for new digital services was making some members feel more vulnerable to scams and fraud than ever before. To bring them some peace of mind, our solution was to speak directly to members and prospects that followed USAA’s social media channels through friendly organic posts. We created a year-long content calendar of educational topics focusing on digital benefits like digital wallet usage and fraud protection, which we titled with USAA Bank Pro Tip at the start of each post.
